Step 01. New Trip Discovery
We’ll start by exploring how you like to travel and your goals for this trip. Once you complete the New Trip Discovery Form (link below) we’ll schedule a call to connect.

Step 02. Scope & Service Selection
We’ll discuss and define the trip scope and choose the services that
best fit your needs. Accommodation bookings are always included,
with recommendations tailored to your preferences.

Step 03. Trip Design
After the scope is confirmed, and any necessary planning fee and forms are received, we’ll begin researching and designing your trip. We will provide curated options and we’ll be in regular communication until we finalize the best fit trip for you.

Step 04. Communication & Support
In advance of your departure, you’ll receive all trip details and guidance via email, web, and an easy-to-use app, ensuring you always have the most up-to-date information on hand. When you’re traveling, you are always our top priority and we will provide you with the support and contact information you need in your itinerary.

Service:
Accommodation Booking
Handpicked hotels, resorts, villas, or condos tailored to your trip, with reservations managed for you.

Included: Curated options, booking and reservation management, VIP status with our property partners, and added perks (spa/dining credits, complimentary upgrades where possible).
Not included: We'll connect you with our contacts at the property/concierge team to arrange transfers, logistics, activities, tours, and dining directly with them.

Service:
Trip Planning
Personalized recommendations for structuring your trip, choosing destinations and hotels, and full logistical support, including flights and transportation.

Included: Trip outline and multi-destination flow, accommodation recommendations and
booking (with perks and VIP status), and booking/management of trains, boats, or car transfers, as well as flights. Exclusive access to our 24/7 Flight Desk and optional VIP airport services.
Not included: We'll connect you with our contacts at the property/concierge team to arrange activities, tours, and dining directly with them.

Custom Itinerary Design
A fully bespoke, seamless travel experience from takeoff to touchdown, with optional 24/7 in-country support.
Included: Complete custom itinerary — trip outline, hotels, logistics, private tours, unique local experiences, excursions, and dining. Exclusive access to our 24/7 Flight Desk and optional VIP airport services.
